Wedding Date on Sep 14, 2019

Nick originally had this huge night planned where we were going to be downtown and go on a carriage ride and he was going to propose under the arch. STL was going through some tough times at that point and he decided to go with plan B. Plan B; He proposed in my parents backyard on the patio with my dog having a sign hanging from his neck asking" Will you marry him?", with the ring attached to the sign. My parents and his were both recording also. When I initially walked around to the back yard I saw Nick sitting in a chair with my dog Duke next to him, and I immediately kept repeating "What are you doing!?" it only took one minute for me to start crying as I realized what was going to happen. Nick proceeded on one knee and asked if I would marry him. I said yes. :)
