Wedding Date on Dec 31, 2019

David and Nancy were introduced to each other by mutual friends in Spring 2017 at a political conference in Calgary when Nancy was working in Fort McMurray and Dave in Calgary. They met again when Dave visited friends in Fort McMurray during May long weekend 2017 and reconnected as they toured around Fort McMurray's tourist sites and oil sands projects before catching a glimpse of the Northern Lights. Their first date was on June 17, 2017 and they enjoyed a walk through downtown and the Alberta Legislature grounds in Edmonton on a beautiful Saturday afternoon before dinner at Woodwork Restaurant. They finished the night by seeing a Rapid Fire Improv show. Fast forward to December 31, 2019 and the both of them got married at Nancy's childhood church and the reception was help at the Redtail Landing Golf Club!
