Milton and I met in college at a popular bar in East Lansing. Our love has been a whirlwind since. We lost Milton's grandmother before she could see us wed, so I wanted to give him something special to remember her on his big day. I gave him a locket with her picture in it with the message "Always With You". It's my favorite moment to rewatch from our day. Writing our own vows made the ceremony so much more special and I truly felt like we were the only ones in the room. There was so much love in the room the entire night. Besides all of the romantic bits, we wanted our wedding to be fun!! I loved that I got to prank my husband for our first look. It took so much pressure off the day.
