From The Bride: We met at Crossfit and 6 months later I had the surprise of my life...Many months of planning had gone by and many weeks of being told that we were going to go on a road trip to Bend from Medford, Oregon to help his grandmother move. Well, instead of off to grandmothers we go, He told me the morning of our trip that He had bought us tickets to fly to New York City.i did not believe him the whole morning until He showed me the flight itinerary. But with our luck later that day as we were at the airport checking in, the weather forecast predicted a blizzard to hit New York City on Saturday, Jaunary 23rd. We flew in Friday morning and spent our day seeing a friend, helicopter tour of the Liberty island and up to Central Park, eating chocolate in little Italy, admiring the amazing Broadway show called Wicked, and ending the perfect day with our 19th floor hotel on the corner with a view of the Empire State Building. As He woke up me up with breakfast in bed the streets were strangely quiet and when we looked outside of our window the big city was beautifully covered in a white blanket of snow. How cool and lucky we thought to be in New York during this time. The next day he proposed in Central Park. We planned our wedding very much as a team. Taylor was very involved and enjoys planning.
