Wedding Date on Nov 11, 2017

Megan and Devon met at Duke University in 2011 while both pursued an MMS degree. They had first met during the Fuqua school's admitted-students day luncheon. As Devon recalled, "It was love at first sight." However, initially, Devon didn't think she liked him. To the contrary, Megan did! As she said, "I would try to sit next to him in classes." It took until the second semester for them to finally have their first date and, as they say, the rest is history. Interestingly, both of their families have strong ties to Duke --four generations spanning over 118 years and two buildings gracing both their family names. Because of this, Megan wanted to include Duke's colors in some way for her wedding and she did so by wearing a blue pair of Jimmy Choo shoes to represent her "something blue."
