DATING APP SUCCESS STORY From Bumble, Tinder, to Match.com...the online dating scene was looking hopeless for us both. But, the app HINGE saved the day. Never did I ever think I would meet the love of my life on a dating app, but I thank God every day that I did. Bret played hard to get for quite awhile. He kept chatting with me but did not ask me on a date. After a couple months, I was ready to give up on him. I thought, "What's wrong with this guy?! Why isn't he asking me out!?" I can’t make this up…the day I was going to give up on him, mid cycle work out, I got a text from Bret finally asking me to go to brunch...that day (not much advance). I decided to go and see what this mystery man was all about. Of course I was excited, but also very nervous. As I was crossing the sidewalk at Beach House in Kirkland, I heard a loud shout out from a group of girls. "Oh my gosh, you are gorgeous!!" The timing was perfect, Bret was right in front of them and turned around to see me! His date :-) It was the perfect start and we will never forget that moment. The conversation was so easy. I was obviously attracted to him right away. He was tall, smart, handsome and so kind. It was a good thing that he was so easy to talk to because apparently the waitress forgot to put in our food order!! TWO HOURS go by....no food. Neither one of us said anything because we were so busy talking and didn't want to seem "rude". We both were thinking it, but no one said it. At the same time, I wasn't that worried because I didn't want to stop talking with him. It was the best first date of my life. We finally got our food and 3.5 hours later finished our brunch date. Not going to lie, I was ready to see him again from the minute I got into my car. And the story takes off from there...
