Wedding Date on Jul 20, 2019

Rain or shine, Maggie's dream was to get married under a large willow tree. Brian's family had a special connection to Leland, so the stunning Aurora Cellars was a natural venue decision. Everyone was keeping a close eye on the weather app. Throughout the day, the forecast was RAIN. This is why it's a good idea to have wedding planner (and hats off to Sincerely, Ginger). At some point the wedding planner realized the reality of the situation and made the call to move the ceremony under the tent, because of the downpour. The ceremony would take a little longer to start because the guest will need to be shuttled from their cars with umbrellas. But then TEN minutes before the scheduled ceremony ... the miracle happened. The rain stopped and the wedding planner rushed her crew back outside, wiping the water off the seats. Brian and Maggie got married under the willow tree that day. Let me tell you, everything glistens in a vineyard immediate after rain . All the plants colors naturally get more saturated, creating a dream-like vibe for the rest of the day.
