I had the honor of capturing Camden and Levi's enchanting spring wedding at Mallard's Croft in Mississippi. The day was absolutely perfect, with clear skies and a gentle breeze rustling through the trees surrounding the venue's stunning glass-enclosed chapel.
We arrived early at Mallard's Croft to capture the serene beauty of the morning light filtering through the woods. The venue's natural setting provided a breathtaking backdrop for what promised to be a magical day. The glass chapel, nestled among the trees, seemed to glow in the soft spring sunlight, creating an almost ethereal atmosphere.
Our day began by filming Camden and her bridesmaids as they prepared in the venue's charming bridal suite. The room was filled with excitement and laughter as they helped Camden into her gown, the soft pastels of their dresses perfectly complementing the spring theme. Meanwhile, we captured Levi and his groomsmen getting ready in a separate area, their camaraderie evident as they shared quiet moments of anticipation.
The ceremony in Mallard's Croft's glass chapel was truly breathtaking. As Camden walked down the aisle, our cameras captured Levi's expression of pure awe and love. The sunlight streaming through the chapel's numerous windows bathed the couple in a warm, natural glow as they exchanged their vows, creating cinematic moments that we knew would be unforgettable.
After the ceremony, we took full advantage of the venue's picturesque grounds. We filmed the newlyweds strolling hand in hand through blooming wildflowers and beneath canopies of fresh spring leaves. The natural beauty of Mallard's Croft provided an endless array of stunning backdrops - from rustic wooden bridges to tranquil ponds reflecting the blue sky above.
The reception was held in the venue's elegant barn, beautifully adorned with fairy lights and spring floral arrangements. Our team captured the joyous celebrations, from heartfelt toasts to the couple's first dance. The barn's rustic charm, combined with the sophisticated decor, created a warm and inviting atmosphere that translated beautifully on film.
As the golden hour approached, we filmed Camden and Levi sharing a quiet moment on the venue's picturesque dock overlooking the water. The fading light created a romantic ambiance, perfect for capturing intimate moments between the newlyweds.
The day concluded with a sparkler send-off, with guests lining a path through the woods. The twinkling lights against the darkening forest created a magical scene, symbolizing the bright future ahead for Camden and Levi.
Throughout the day, our Amber Ridge Productions team worked diligently to capture every special moment and detail. From the delicate spring blossoms to the tears of joy and bursts of laughter, we knew this footage would come together to tell the beautiful story of Camden and Levi's spring wedding at Mallard's Croft.
