From The Bride: I met my husband when I was 16. We went to different schools but actually met thru a mutual friend at a local sonic. It wasn't a set up or anything, but we hit it off immediately! We dated all during high school, went to both of our proms junior and senior year and everything in between. Our families took vacations together and everyone became super close. We broke up right before our high school graduation, went to the same college but didn't date, we actually both dated other people during the whole time we were apart. About three years later, we got back into contact. We immediately fell back into the routine we knew and loved so well. From there on, we knew that we were meant to be together and it didn't take us long to start talking about marriage. We dated for two years this last time before Brandon decided he was going to propose. I knew it was coming, I just didn't know when or how he was going to do it. I had sent him pictures of rings on pinterest, just to give him an idea of what I wanted. On September 9, 2015 he had one of my best girl friends take me out for a girls day. We went to do nails, makeup, everything to be ready for this big moment(that I didn't have a clue was happening). We were at lunch later that day, and my friend, Cassidy, was telling me how much she has been wanting to go to Arrington Vineyards to do wine tastings and see the amazing view that everyone always talks about. So naturally we go to the vineyard. We get there, and she wants to go all the way up to the top of the hill so we can "get the best view of our city." As we get closer to the top of the hill, I see my boyfriend(soon to be fiance) standing at the top next to a picnic table with flowers laid all over it and a bottle of champagne. Once I finally get to him, he starts telling me all of the amazing things that all of us women dream of hearing. I can barely even contain myself at this moment, I'm pretty sure I put my finger out saying yes before he even finished what he was saying! After he asks and I more than happily say YES! all of our closest family and friends come running up the hill to congratulate us. It was the best surprise I have ever had in my life. The man of my dreams proposing to me in one of the most beautiful places in our hometown, with all of our family and friends that we love so much. Planning my wedding was the easiest thing I have ever done. I have been so ready for this day that I already knew exactly what I wanted. From then on the hardest part was waiting for our big day to get here! We set the date out a year from when we got engaged, thinking that it would fly by and that we would need ALL of that time to plan. Turns out though, that we definitely didn't need a whole year to do the planning. I had it planned before we even got to December. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives. We love that we get to relive it through this amazingly beautiful video. We are so incredibly blessed.
