Linzi and Ben are true travellers. She travels around the world for work and he has spent years setting off on backpacking trips around all manner of countries. So when they decided to get married it seemed obvious for them to choose a destination wedding. Cyprus, aside from glorious weather and some ancient and beautiful architecture, is steeped in the lore of love. Aphrodite was reputedly born near a rock not far from Paphos and it features in the film as part of the couple shoot location. The vibe was laid back, Mediterranean bliss and this, coupled with amazing light, created a fabulous atmosphere which required little work in the edit to bring out. Such a wonderful wedding which still gets cited by future couples as the one which made us the filmmakers which they want.
