Their love story began in New York while serving their missions there. After they both got back from their missions, they started dating and fell in love. After 9 months of dating, they got engaged. Braden took Lesly back to New York to “visit the members from their mission.” Little did Lesly know that she would end up getting engaged there. When Braden told me how he was going to propose, I knew Lesly would love it and not expect it. She has always said she wanted a picture of her boyfriend on one knee proposing. I hinted that I would be there to take pictures when she got engaged. I wasn’t going to New York with them so she thought it would happen after they got back from their trip. It was the best kept secret! He proposed at the observatory on top of the Rockefeller Center. Also known as Top of the Rock. It was one of the cutest proposals!
