Wedding Date on Aug 16, 2020

When Lauren and Evan met us last year, the world was unchanged and comforting. Their 2020 wedding plans included lots of family and friends, getting married in the farmlands of Fraser Valley, and a Mediterranean cruise honeymoon. Fast forward to Covid times, most couples have understandably postponed their weddings to next year. L&E, after careful considerations, decided to adapt and move ahead with the original date. As we listened to Lauren's vows to Evan, we understood why - "I know what we want in life, but I also know that plans don't go how we want. Today is a good example of that, but I'm not scared to face the unknown with you as my guiding light and support." With each story from the speeches, we are filled with more hope and optimism, two things the world needs right now more than ever. So let's have faith in Lauren and Evan, when they get their scooters to the top of Machu Picchu, we will all be cheering for them!
