Kitty is owner of Crimson Rose Corsetry and Jim is a best selling science fiction-fantasy writer. Kitty always imagined a fairy tale wedding since her mother read her Grimm's Fairy Tales. The wedding took place at Dunafon Castle - the perfect venue for a Renaissance Masquerade Ball! Every guest was in costume and masked. Kitty designed and made her gown, Jim's Renaissance costume and the groomsmen's clothes. The bridesmaid all wore second hand wedding gowns that were redesigned and dyed in Kitty's colors. They also all dyed their hair to match the dresses which - wait for it- lighted up! The table designs were all scenes from fairy tale stories that Kitty also designed. The ceremony was very romantic and included a solo by Kitty's friend, Suzanne Soloman of the Dallas Opera. The reception was amazing and opened with a performance by trapeze artist. There were so many things that were amazing about this wedding, I can't begin to describe it. Watch the video for a glimpse of the magic!
