Kimberly and Leon met in the small north queensland community, and after a first date that Leon nearly missed because he was so late, they quickly became a couple. Leon kept the romance secret for a while, but his mum knew something was going on, and enlisted the local ladies to keep an eye out for a car with certain number plates she'd seen parked outside the house. After many years together Kim and Leon married in the small local church in historic town of Silkwood, far north queensland. The ceremony was a celebration of love and it's effect on relationships, communities and the way it can help shape the future for all of us.
