We were lucky enough to be connected with Kelsey after she was the bridesmaid in a wedding we filmed back in 2019. She and her fiance got engaged just one day after that wedding on Pittsburgh's picturesque North Shore, and began diving into wedding day plans right away. After talking on the phone, we discovered that Kelsey's fiance, Rob, was one of Nazari's very best friends in high school!
Kelsey is a Pitt Pharmacy alum, who met Rob when working at the apothecary. As a WVU grad himself, they decided to look past that rivalry, and Kelsey is slowly converting Rob to be a Pitt fan 😉 They are both THE kindest people you'll ever meet. Their sweet souls are just one of many things these two have in common. They are also wildly intelligent, share a love for travel and adventure and care deeply for their friends and family.
They planned their "I Do's" for the Spring of 2020. What they had thought was going to be a May 2020 wedding turned into an October 2020 intimate wedding with just their immediate families. Their dream wedding day evolved into a one year anniversary celebration where they reaffirmed their vows and FINALLY got to spend the day with all of their closest friends and family.
To put this in perspective, one of their flower girls who was a year and a half old at their vow renewal hadn't even been born yet on their original wedding day. While these two had to plan, and replan, and wait and wait - there's no doubt that in the end, it was all worth it.
They had a dream team of vendors and incorporated so many personal touches throughout the day. A dear friend was their calligrapher, lace from the bride's moms dress was used on their sweetheart table, they lit the bride's grandparents unity candle, and the bride's father made their card box.
Kelsey and Rob also decided to attend their cocktail hour, giving them not one but two grand entrances. The even had a "champagne parade" which was the most fun. We could go on and on, but won't keep you from simply reliving all of the magic yourself.
Congratulations to this power couple. We could not be happier for you that you found one another and cannot wait to see all God has in store for your life together. Cheers, Mr. & Mrs. Brenner!
