Wedding Date on Jul 3, 2017

From The Bride: Martin and I were in the same Arabic class at the Air Force Academy. He would fall asleep and the teacher would wake him up and try to stump him with a tough question... but he always effortlessly got the questions right! And I studied really hard and still had no idea what was going on. He was always talking to friends about their exciting weekend plans. It seemed like they went skiing every single weekend! We hung out one time with a mutual friend and started talking. He helped me study for my Arabic final, then baked a cake for my birthday (surprisingly difficult... we didn't have access to a kitchen as cadets). I noticed right away that he was adventurous and smart, but feeding me sugar ultimately sealed the deal!
