One day Kelsey was at work when she had a computer problem and had to call IT.  IT sent the very cute, and very single Chad to help her.  All of a sudden Kelsey's computer continued to have technical issues for the next couple weeks until finally Chad asked her out on a date, which led to a few more dates, that led to engagement that led to this perfect wedding.

Welcome to Shooting Star Ranch, located 5 miles west of Liberty Hill in the heart of Texas Hill Country. Our venue offers an authentic, 100 year old stone and wood two story barn surrounded by 100+ year old live oak trees. In 2004, our family bought the ranch and lovingly started historical restoration and repair of the large dairy barn. Throughout the years, we have hosted many barn parties and dances on the property with neighbors and friends. Following our daughter's wedding reception in the fall of 2016, we have had many requests and bookings. After a few months of renovation, we are now open to the public for weddings and events!
