Built on a strong foundation for over 9 years, Kayla & Ifeanyi's love story is immaculate and honest. They have taken the time to nurture, strengthen and create a strong team over the 7.5 years of dating. In March of 2019, these two got engaged on Kayla’s birthday and began the process of planning their 2020 destination wedding. Like many others in the year of 2020, they were faced with the decision to postpone and completely change their original wedding plans. With the intentional support and help, Alexa from Pure Lavish Events worked hard with the couple to envision their new plans for their destination wedding. Palm Springs was the new and exciting destination for the couple. They chose a warm desert oasis to invite their exclusive guest list to celebrate their love & honor their cultures. With 33 guests, the couple intentionally chose a venue that would accommodate their guests and provide an experience that would be unforgettable. Their wedding displayed honesty, intentionality and luxury. From the details of the white classical roses to the Nigerian music that was played throughout the night. This wedding was filled with true emotions, love and an intimate experience. What really took their wedding to the next level was the personal vows these two shared during their ceremony. Aside from all the details and planning, the heart behind this wedding was the love these two shared for each other and their close family and friends. Kayla said at the end of her vows “Today, I want us both to remember how we feel right here in this moment. And I pray that this feeling of immense love carries us through all of the time together and everything that we will endure. I love you today more than I ever have and we are just getting started.” Being intentional with every detail to their wedding, allowed this couple to truly be immersed in their moments on their wedding day.
