We met at the University of Rhode Island, both nutrition majors, we met through friends in one of our classes. We had our first date at Mews tavern. Earl in 2017, Katherine purchased a brick on the the University of Rhode Island quad’s century walk with our names and graduation dates on it. On October 28, 2017, Chris and Katherine returned to campus when the brick was installed. We walked around and finally found the brick, then Chris proposed!
