Wedding Date on May 20, 2016

From The Bride: Our ceremony took place in the same church parish that my husband's grandparents were married in over 60 years ago! My grandfather also went to school in that parish. We met in freshman year of college when he jumped into our mutual friend's car and introduced himself. We chose our reception venue because we fell in love with the look and all that was included! Then we found a church close by based on that, but we ended up having ties to the church through family which made it mean more! Our wedding was special because my bridesmaids didn't wear dresses, they were periwinkle jumpsuits. My husband and his groomsmen surprised me with a choreographed dance! I changed at the end of the reception into my going away outfit which was a white romper with a bridal belt. Since we are in New Orleans we gave out Roman candy as our favor :) Also, we are big Disney people. Our proposal was in Disney so we tied in Disney touches to our wedding. I walked down the aisle to "I see the light" from tangled and used tangled inspired colors for the wedding!
