Julie and her friend took a trip to California to see the premiere of Girl Meets World.  While they were in line, Julie meets her Maid of Honor.  Her maid of honor's friend needs a roommate in LA.  Julie moves in, and is later casted for a role on a Lynyrd Skynyrd biopic.  Dan is the assistant director.  They started as friends, and fell in love.
