From the Style Me Pretty Feature of the wedding: From the Bride... Our wedding was a winter paradise in Canada, at the iconic venue Chateau Lake Louise. There was a record snowfall that weekend, which made for a gorgeous snow covered lake & trees for pictures, with the sun still shining on the icy mountains. We had a wedding for 150 of our closest friends & family, with a ceremony in front of the fireplace & beautiful floral/greenery backdrop. My gown was a classic style Pronovias paired with my favourite detail of the wedding, my cathedral length veil, custom made by Daphne Newman Design. This piece was very important to me because I want this to be an heirloom; Since my own parents eloped, I wanted something to hand down to my kids for generations to come.
