Wedding Date on May 8, 2018

We first met during our first week (orientation week) in first year university at Western University in Ontario, Canada. We lived in the same residence, but on different floors, and through the different festivities that was going on at the time our paths crossed. We became aquintances, had many classes together (but didn't talk to each other much, unless it was because we wanted notes if we skipped class), and went on to date other people, but we had a lot of mutual friends whom we were both very close to. It wasn't until third year of University that certain circumstances led us to one another romantically and it was an instant connection, and I remember thinking that this was different and that he is special. He is the most patient man i've ever met, always has the ability to be so calm in any situation, he's super adaptable to any situation big or small. He's silly, kind, selfless and care so much about those around him. Even those who's recently met him will tell you that he's funny and sometimes very immature but doesn't have a single bad bone in him - and he can literally become friends with anyone in a relatively short period of time. We love to spend time in the mountains pretty much every weekend, or anytime we're not working. We love to hike, cross-country ski, snowshoe, and go backcountry camping. In the summer months, we're rarely home on weekends as we're pretty much always outside with our friends or just the two of us! We love to travel as well, any chance we get we love to visit other countries - we hope to focus our destinations over the next couple of years on countries that allow us to continue our passion for hiking and trekking.
