Alex and Joanne are high school sweethearts. They met when they were 16 years old and have been together for 11 years. Joanne attended prom with her best friend who had recently become friends with Alex. Her friend invited Alex and his date to join their friend group to ride in the limo with them. They sat next to each other in the limo AND at dinner. Shortly after from Joanne and Alex began dating. Falling in love almost immediately. They attended separate colleges after high school but, date long distance the whole time. 11 years last Alex proposes in Mexico on the beach at sunset. They been husband and wife for 1 month now!
