Wedding Date on Aug 25, 2018

We technically met via the dating app "Bumble", but our story starts a few months before that. I was perusing social media (aka working hard), when i spotted a very handsome man who had many mutual friends in common with me. Naturally I stalked his social media pages until there were no more photos to see. About a month later I was on my lunch break and I saw him sitting in front of a cafe. My heart stopped and I did the only normal thing I could think of...put my head down and walk past as quickly as I could. A few more months went by and I decided on October 11th, after celebrating my parents wedding anniversary, that I should be brave and join a dating app (something I had been dreading). I got on the app, logged in my info, and then immediately got off until October 13th, where whose face popped up but Jamesons! We "matched" and I said something witty enough to grab his attention, and we went out for our first date October 15, 2016. The reason Jameson and I truly connected was because of our (obsession)love for our dogs, and dogs in general. I have my own Instagram account for my dog Willard (@Willardsworld) and on our first date I found out he also had a dog Instagram account...except his wasn't of his own dog. Turns out it was & is one of biggest dog Instagram accounts (@dogsbeingbasic)! I was impressed but also humiliated to find out that he WAS DogsBeingBasic...this was because I tagged his account in all my dogs photos, you know, to help my dog gain popularity. I was so embarrassed that right after our date was over I immediately deleted all the Instagram tags on my dogs page in hopes he'd never find out! (I later admitted to it, which luckily he found hilarious, and charming) _____ This summer has also been a trying one for us. May 30th Jameson and I were mountain biking together, when my bike hit a root and I was launched over my handle bars. My elbow came up to protect my face/head from smashing into a boulder, but my elbow shattered. We walked over a half our to get out of the woods to meet the ambulance waiting for me. Jameson helped in any way he could, but was incredible emotional support. I had to cancel my whole bachelorette trip to New Orleans because I had to get surgery a few days before. It took me a while to feel like myself again, both mentally and physically. Then almost exactly a month after my ER visit, Jameson and I were at a restaurant, when he mentioned he wasn't feeling well and had to leave. I helped him towards the door when without warning, he collapsed face first. My heart stopped as I was unsure what had happened! With the help of others we rolled him onto his back and his mouth was full of blood. His teeth had gone through his chin and he was rushed off to the ER...our second visit within 4 weeks! Turns out he was severely dehydrated. We stayed in the hospital until 2am and had just enough time to nap before the movers came at 8am to move us out of our condo and into our new home. It was a stressful time, but I think we checked off a few "in sickness and in health" promises pre-wedding!
