Like most modern love stories, Jessica and Ben met on Tinder. Ben was visiting family in Connecticut in March 2018 and, feeling bored, decided to open the app. He only saw her profile (and swiped on it) because she was living in Connecticut at the time, placing them within each other's radius. A few days later, she swiped on him, and they matched. Curious, she opened his profile and noticed that his location now showed as 92 miles away. It's pretty wild to think that they never would have met or even found each other if he hadn’t opened the app that day while in Connecticut—but she’s so glad he did.
