We first met Jess and Jake the first time we attended a church service together. While meeting them and getting to know them, we were completely unaware of just how new their relationship actually was, because these two just seemed made for each other. Their love has grown and grown since, and it's at the point where it's unstoppable- the best kind of love. The power and magnitude of their love for each other, their God, and their tribe of family and friends was what their wedding was all about, and the foundation of their marriage. Jess and her bridesmaids (and bridesman) got ready at their family home in Geelong, while Jake and his groomsmen spent the morning at the Warehouse apartments before everyone headed over to the Cricket Studios in Newtown for the ceremony. The venue was gorgeous, with neon lights dotted around, the most jaw-dropping flower installations (thanks to Lustre Blooms), and a couple of hundred very happy people. Once the pair were married, the celebrations really began- there were hugs and kisses and smiles all around. The bridal party went to a close friend's farm for a few photos and it gave the couple a moment to soak in their new marriage and call each other "husband" and "wife" a few times- it's always so fun. Meanwhile the party carried over to The Barn at Wallington, where the celebrations kicked up another level. The gorgeous venue was beautifully styled with more neons from Jess and Jake's new business Neon Collective Co and of course lots more gravity-defying flower installations. There were speeches, lots of dancing, and lots of fun had by everyone until the night drew to a close and we farewelled the couple off to their honeymoon in Fiji. It really was the perfect day.
