Wedding Date on May 13, 2017

Jeremy and Kayci were in a long distance relationship after college, Kayci in Tennessee and Jeremy in Nevada. Kayci was making frequent trips to Nevada to see him around this time. Beautiful Lake Tahoe was only 30 minutes from where he lived, so Kayci loved to go there every chance we got when she was visiting. On Friday, Jeremy wanted to take her to dinner there, but they got rained out. He then said "hey lets go grab brunch Sunday morning." With this being nothing out of the ordinary, off to Tahoe they went Sunday. They parked and started walking on the beach to their favorite restaurant when Jeremy stopped walking and stood in front of her. He said "you know I love you" and started getting down on one knee. At this point, she thought he was joking with her but he continued to pull a box out of his pocket. He asked her to marry him and of course Kayci said yes! As soon as he stood up, Kayci said "you did ask my dad right?" and "is there anyone taking pictures", the answer was yes to both of those. He had family friends staking out taking pictures of the whole thing. He completely surprised Kayci and made her the happiest girl ever this day knowing she was going to get to spend the rest of her life with him. *** Kayci and Jeremy were a really special couple to us. Their wedding was a destination wedding and afterwards they went back to Nevada where his family was from and had another reception. We coordinated with her parents to get their highlight to her parents before the reception and they showed it at their Nevada reception as a complete surprise. They sent us a video of Jeremy & Kayci's reaction, priceless. Hands down, one of our favorite moments as videographers to date! ***
