JD and Shana were world travelers, backpacking around Europe and Asia. They consider themselves more as minimalist with a thrill for adventure. As they were planning their large, traditional wedding, they realized, though this is what is expected, a traditional wedding was not for them. The decided to plan a destination wedding to Iceland. They invited only their closest friends and family. Whitney, their videographer and Maddie, their photographer, helped plan their destination wedding from the ceremony spot to adventure session and reception dinner. They had a stress-free adventure-filled wedding with waterfalls, northern lights and Icelandic horses.
