Wedding Date on Sep 16, 2017

How We Met: Jack and I met while we were on vacation in Park City, UT on my last night in town. After a night of dancing, laughing and a game of Pictionary, I knew he was something special. Unfortunately, we parted ways without exchanging last names or phone numbers (or so I thought). During the last minute check around the hotel room, my friend spotted something that changed my life. There on a piece of paper among the Pictionary scribbles from the night before was a strategically placed phone number. We texted and the rest is history! :) We dated long distance for a year and a half before finally taking the next step. We went from spending no more than 4 days at a time together to living together full time in New York! Luckily, Jack is a patient man and can put up with my piles of laundry. :) After 4 years of dating, Jack forewent his original proposal plan (set for months later) and spontaneously proposed with my grandmother's ring on our roof NYC. With the music and the wine, he said the night was too perfect not to get on one knee. Guests of our wedding described our wedding as "very us" which is the best compliment! We were married in my hometown of Oklahoma City in an old converted Ford factory. Our wedding ceremony was very personal, but lighthearted - officiated by my brother and personal vows. Our videographers were inspired by our ceremony, and crafted our wedding video around it.
