It was a real pleasure to film Jac Kie & Daniel's wedding. They were up full of energy and up for anything.
As is often quite common in the UK, we film a lot of couples from different backgrounds and cultures, and it is truly heart-warming to see the mix of cultures come together for one day. Jac Kie wanted to bring an element of her Chinese culture to this English wedding. Though it was set in a old Tudor Manor, she brought her culture forward.
One of my favourite moments was the randoms points (always with a drink in hand) where a group of guests would compete for who could be the loudest starting with "YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAM" and then following with "SEEEEEEEEEEEENG". I found out this is a Chinese tradition to wish good fortune and translates to "Drink To Victory".
These moments as a filmmaker, I treasure the most.
