Wedding Date on Sep 18, 2021

While we were getting ready to take some photos and video of Iryna and Chris, Chris said to the photographer and me, "Everyday with Iryna is a honeymoon." And I really believed that that's how he feels when he's with her. The way that Iryna and Chris look at each other, touch each other, speak to each other, all of that tells you how much they really love and care for each other. They have such a genuine and gentle way of interacting with each other. It's a kind of love that you know is real, wonderful, and rare. Iryna and Chris got married in Binghamton, NY last year, in 2020. It was at a time when they couldn't have the big wedding reception that they wanted but still chose to have their ceremony and start their MARRIAGE. They had their 2020 ceremony at Iryna's Ukrainian Catholic Church: Sacred Heart. I was able to film their first look before their ceremony for them and their full ceremony that they had with their closest friends and family. Fast forward to 2021 - they were finally able to have their big party that they've always wanted! They had a vow renewal, this time at Chris's church, St. Anthony's of Padua, also in the Binghamton area. I loved that both Chris and Iryna got to have a ceremony that reflected their heritage and family. It's a perfect example of two becoming one. The couple chose to have their wedding reception at The Riverdale Banquet Hall, in Endwell (also in the Binghamton, NY area). They enjoyed delicious hors d'oeuvres before their big introduction into the reception. After some great toasts and dinner, the party got started and I LOVED the energy they brought!! The dance floor was packed the entire night, it was so much fun! I think I had a smile on my face the whole time just watching them enjoy their party to celebrate their love and marriage!
