Wedding Date on May 4, 2018

MALLARD ISLAND YACHT CLUB WEDDING VIDEO We were so excited to kick off our 2018 wedding season at Mallard Island Yacht Club with Heather and Jason's wedding! These two are an amazing pair, we love their little family and we were so happy to be a part of there amazing day! THIS IS THEIR LOVE STORY Jason and Heather have known each other for over 10 years! They met in 2007 through mutual friends but at the time, they were both dating other people. But years later, the stars magically aligned; they both became single at the same time during the summer of 2014 and have been inseparable ever since! Now that is what you call meant to be! Jason proposed to Heather a hot summer day in July. Heather was actually away at a bachelorette party for one of her friends in the Poconos. Jason called her one morning after the girls trip saying that he was at the hotel where she was saying and wanted to check out the sights together in the area since the bachelorette party was over. Although Heather was so tired from the long weekend, she said okay! It was then, in the middle of one of the trails, in front of a big waterfall with a crowd of people, that Jason got down on one knee and proposed! Of course Heather said, YES!! They both had their best friends there with the most beautiful backdrop and it will be a day they will never forget! THE WEDDING DAY Heather and Jason's wedding day was 'May the 4th' which also happens to be Star Wars day! Because of Jason's love of Star Wars, they had to incorporate small elements from the films! They had a signature cocktail the BB8, a storm trooper helmet in the photo booth and lightsabers used for their entrance into the reception. It was so fun!! Their reactions to seeing each other for the first time was the absolute best! They both shared their own personalized vows in Boathouse Chapel where they were surrounded by all of their loved ones. But what made it even more special was to have their two beautiful daughters there to witness this special moment. We had so much fun celebrating with them and capturing their love!
