Hayley & Sam were high school sweethearts and best friends who had been together for 14 years before getting married. Hayley applied for a job with the police and was eagerly awaiting a letter to find out if she got the job. Sam though this was the perfect opportunity to propose! He sent her a fake letter which said that unfortunately her application was unsuccessful due to her involvement in the criminal activity of going out with Sam for 14 years without getting married and in order to get the job she must accept Sam in marriage. She looked up from the letter and there was Sam down on one knee with the perfect engagement ring.
