Wedding Date on Sep 2, 2020

From the Bride: Zach and I met after college while at a bar with some friends. We had kept in contact for a little over a year casually talking and then for NYE I decided to ask him to come rock climbing with me, which turned into a full date and we spent NYE together in sweatpants at his house party. We spent the first year skiing and getting to know one another, while I also moved across the country and we did long distance for 4 months while I was in Medford, OR and he stayed in Rochester, NY. After that Zach joined me travel nursing and we went to Connecticut, Boston, and then ended up in Portland, OR where we made our first real home! Zach and I are adventure partners, roommates, and dog parents. We love the outdoors and have continued to ski, hike, rock climb, and continue to push the limits of outdoor adventures together. We started hiking in the Adirondacks conquering 12 of them together and that is why it is so special for us to come back to get married in this area. We both have an affinity for the mountains. We got engaged while doing a 20 mile day hike in the Enchantments outside of Leavenworth, WA. It was perfect and I couldn’t have picked a better suited spot for our lifetime together to begin. We love our dog endlessly and they are our kiddos! Through almost 4 years of adventuring, growing, and supporting one another we cannot wait to be husband and wife!
