Gen and Justin met while they were both seniors at Rice University. Their friend set them up to meet at Axelrad in Houston, but they didn’t truly hit it off until they started petting Rocket, the resident chihuahua. When we first talked to Gen and Justin, they had watched what seemed like hundreds of videos. The were very clear about wanting to be able to collaborate with filmmakers for a video that was emotional without being overly intimate – and captured the beautiful landscape and vibe of their day. Between the time lapses, drone footage and amazing dance party, we just leaned in and gave them a film that was uniquely them!
