Tucked away in the Berkshires against rolling hills there was a barn filled with enchanted trees, disco balls, flying neon butterflies, and two people very much in love. Esther + Nate’s wedding day was filled with the kind of magical realism you only find in movies. It’s no surprise then when we overheard Esther say, “This was the magical, forest, disco party of our dreams.” It was all those things and so much more. E+N have a love somewhere in-between a rom-com and a poetic fantasy novel. One moment they’re absolutely laughing their butts off together and the next they’re making googly eyes across a hazy disco barn. They are fun. They are light. They are everything their day was about. With their guests, they shared their hearts for one another and their hearts for the beauty of the world. They wanted to create an atmosphere for their friends and family. And that they did. After a ceremony canopied by umbrellas and warm wishes and a candlelit dinner where scintillating photos were shared and love was spread, everyone made their way outside. “Follow the butterflies” is what they were told. “The butterflies will lead you to dancing”. Guests followed light-up butterflies back to the barn where they were welcomed in by living trees. Then, their disco party began. It was like stepping into another world - a world made from E+N’s imagination. And that’s what makes E+N so special. The simple act of walking from one place to another was made whimsical. E+N have that spark; one moment you’re having dinner and the next you’re whisked away to a world of magic. It was there, in that magical world, they danced the night away.
