They met on a blind date!  Afterwards, Eric didn't remember what Erin looked like but he remembered her smile and knew he wanted to see her again.  They had their friend and matchmaker officiate their wedding for a special personal touch.     I LOVED Erin and Eric's vows that managed to be sweet, heartfelt and funny all in one.
