Eric was offered a job out of college to become a lead pharmacist at a pharmacy in a small town called Crescent City, California. There he met a couple (Rick and Kipp) who introduced him to their daughter Katie. Despite both Eric and Katie doubting they would ever find love in such a small town, they found each other.
