Wedding Date on Jul 5, 2019

Doug and Samantha met and began dating right after they had both relocated to the same city. Doug proposed during their annual summer vacation to Cape May, New Jersey, by flying a banner across the shoreline asking Samantha to marry him. They incorporated elements of Cape May's iconic Victorian houses and their love of all things antique into their wedding day. They fell in love with their venue within seconds of walking in the door. Once a social hall and brewery dating back to the mid-1800's, this beautifully restored venue had all of the unique and eclectic elements of a historic space that they love, and would be the perfect backdrop for their big day. They wanted to make sure their wedding actually felt like their wedding, so both the Bride and Groom had input in all of the design and planning aspects, and worked together to create their perfect day. That partnership made the day that much more special for them and created a day that they will look back on fondly forever.
