Cindy and Wesley are one of those couples that seem to make magic happen around them, with such good energy and warmth. When we first met in person, it felt like we’d known them for years, and as their love story unfolded over the next two days through the many speeches and little ways they interacted with each other and their families, we saw that this is just who they are. They bring people together, and that weekend, they brought two families together.
When we saw rain forecast for their weekend, of course we felt so bad, since we knew how much the wanted to be married under the gorgeous live oaks at Boone Hall. But you would never know it from seeing them, they were so focused on each other, this amazing weekend they were finally getting to have together, and all with their friends and family, coming together from thousands of miles. Between thunderstorms, we found moments outside with them to capture such amazing footage, and their smiles and warmth with each other just crowded out any grey clouds or wind, and most importantly they just had fun everywhere they went.
It was such a beautiful example of focusing on what matters - their passion for each other, and the amazing unique moment that a wedding can create, bringing such varied people from the past and present together to support them and celebrate love. We loved how seamlessly Wesley’s Ecuadorian family with Cindy’s side, all the different styles and personalities shining so bright during the wedding, and especially on that dance floor! You can’t help but get inspired by this beautiful wedding and couple, cheers to many happy years to come!
