“You called me your moon because no matter what phase the moon is in, its still the moon, and its still beautiful. And you still love every phase of it.” I tried to find a way to make that entire quote into the title for this video, but breaking it down would be a disservice to some of the most beautiful vows I've ever heard. Christiana and Zack are two of the most kind-hearted and intentional people I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Both of their ceremonies, the one just for them and the one in front of all of their friends, were so personal and full of meaning. The care and admiration they have for one another is unmatched and we were blessed just to be in the presence of such overwhelming devotion. From Christiana - "One day, during a worship team sound check at church, I noticed one of the musicians was playing one of my favorite songs. When I turned around to find out where it was coming from, I locked eyes with the new acoustic guitarist. It was his first day. We smiled at each other and were instantly excited that we’d found someone else who not only knew the song, but loved it. I’d never met anyone who shared so many of my niche hobbies or who made me feel as comfortable, accepted and loved as Zack. We were best friends who fell in love with each other, but could never get our timing right with one person being with someone else or going through something, so it took ages for our stars to line up. But when they finally did, I knew I had my person in every sense of the word. He’s generous and kind, a brilliant musician, a great cook, a comic book nerd, a movie buff and has the most beautiful heart. I’m an artist in too many mediums who loves her plants and making things beautiful. He proposed during the snow in Dallas, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. All our special days have been Tuesdays and we’d love to marry each other in October on a Tuesday."
