Wedding Date on Jul 3, 2017

Like many contemporary love stories, this one began with modern technology. In a bustling city, it may tough to find a soulmate and sometimes, tech intervention may be just the right alternative. Chris and Anna met in January 2015 in LA and after a few weeks of phone dates, they agreed to meet! With cautious hope, these two 30 something’s had their first date at the Library Ale House in Santa Monica, California. The 2nd date quickly followed and finally a double date over swanky cocktails sealed the deal. With a little help from cupid that evening (aka Vanessa & Paul), Anna and Chris have been together ever since! It’s been a grand adventure that has culminated this summer in both a wedding and de facto “going away” party as Chris and Anna moved to Colorado Springs. Although their LA story has ended, their sequel in Colorado will be just as entertaining! Chris and Anna contacted us a few months before their wedding and told us that we were their first choice to book for wedding photography and wedding videography. We love couples that absolutely love our work and give us the 100% creative control over everything (well – just the wedding videography and photography). We were able to capture their wedding freely and be inspired by the story that surrounded us through out the day. As we headed to Healdsburg, California in the morning to Madrona Manor, we loved the scenery and the rolling mountains of the valley. We arrived a bit early to start capturing some drone shots of the venue to build some nice opening shots for the film. The wedding itself was laid back and really fun. The decorations were amazing. Hearing the nephews speech at the reception, made everyone crack up. Enjoy the story of the day that Chris & Anna professed their love to each other with their close family and friends.
