Wedding Date on Jun 17, 2017

Jake and I met pretty randomly out at a dive bar in Boston and immediately realized we had about 5 mutual connections (his sister and my best friends were college roommates, my college roommate was friends with one of his good friends, and the list goes on). Needless to say we hit off pretty quickly since we clearly shared similar interests given how many mutual friends we had! 5 fast (and wonderful of course) years went by and we were engaged. Jake proposed in our one bedroom apartment in South Boston and while it wasn't as glamorous as others might hope their engagement will be, it was perfect for us. I hate when the attention is on me, so I couldn't be more relieved to have it just be the two of us in my most comfortable environment. I grew up on Cape Cod and we spend pretty much any weekend there we could while dating, so considering it and eventually choosing it to be the location of our Wedding was an easy choice. We got married on June 17th at the Wianno Club and it was truly the best day of our lives (so far at least!).
