Wedding Date on Feb 6, 2016

It's remarkable to think that this journey very well could not have taken place in South Africa. PJ's grandparents came from Britain to Rhodesia in the 50s, having listed their names down for both Australia and Rhodesia they simply chose to jump the first ship to leave - the ship to Africa. In our corny little heads we like to think it's a bit serendipitous that PJ should marry an Aussie girl, the wonderful Carli Baldacchino. With two beautiful families in tow from two different sides of the world, it's safe to say that we've never felt so incredibly welcome before. We were utterly floored and blown away by all the love and generosity of every single person that we met, and with two such genuine people as Carli and PJ it's no wonder we had a couple of extremely proud fathers on our hands (prepare your tissues, this one tugs at the old heart strings)! Thank you both so much for giving us countless amazing memories of a trip that we'll certainly never forget!
