Bridget and Matthew met in their dorm hall in the spring of 2015. Bridget was a freshman, Matt, a sophomore, after both transferred to Genesseo their second semesters. Bridget made the first move by inviting herself into Matt's dorm and made popcorn with their mutual friends. Popcorn exploded everywhere, but that led to them talking. Later that year, they began dating. After almost 10 years together, they tied the knot with their families in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado where they currently live. They wanted their families to enjoy the mountains that they hike in every weekend.
