Wedding Date on Aug 12, 2017

From the bride: Rocco and I met when we were just 8 years old! He is my elementary school best friend and high school sweetheart. We dated seriously in high school before taking a break before college. We got back together our sophomore year of college and have been together ever since. After graduating college we picked up and moved our lives from our small home town in Western NY all the way to Los Angeles where Rocco attended UCLA Law School. Three years later, shortly after Rocco graduated, he proposed on a surprise trip to Coronado Island. We learned so much about each other and our specific personalities while wedding planning, it was crazy. I am 100% a type B, big picture thinking, extrovert while Rocc is 100% a type A, intricate details obsessed introvert. We used our strengths to our advantage during the entire planning process. I focused on the big things like finding the venue, the DJ, flowers, the photographer and videographer while Rocco focused on things like custom napkins/coasters, decorative signs, wedding favors, scoping out the invitation scene, and pretty much everything else that really made our wedding. Rocco would do the first pass of research and run everything by me and we made the final decisions on most everything together. Once decisions were made I then communicated with all of the vendors. He was the internal comms and I was the external comms :)
