Wedding Date on Oct 6, 2018

Meeting Your Mate Asher needed a haircut and made a post on Facebook to find a hairstylist! Cherie saw this post and some how knew that this who I was supposed to be with. After sending him a picture of me as well a biography of my life, Asher texted me to book an appointment for that day. I was fully booked so we made it for another day. I get to work 15 minutes later to find that two of my clients moved, so I texted Asher back and he took one of their spots. Later this person walks into the salon. He made my heart stop and my stomach drop. I'm behind the desk and I remember thinking "please don't be Asher".."Hi I'm Asher I'm here to see Sara." Throughout the appointment I asked him questions like I would any new guest. Everything he was saying was everything I had been wanting! I continued to cut his hair for four months before we finally decided to hang out. He became the best friend I had ever had. After a month of hanging out, I went on a trip to Jamaica where I realized missing him as much as I did probably meant I had feelings for him. The day I came back he asked to hang out and proceeded to block every move I made on him. Even though I was sure I was friend zoned, I decided to try one more move! I finally said I had been attracted to him since day one. He kissed me and the rest is history! Falling In Love: "I realized I was falling in love when I started to care about bettering myself. There wasn't a certain day, it just sort of snuck up on me. One day I just wanted to start working towards being a better person so that I could give Sara the relationship she deserved."-Asher "It was my busy season and I barely had any time to do anything. Asher lived 35 mins away from me without traffic. He came by my apartment almost every day twice a day to help me take care of my dog. He made time for me when I had no time for anyone. At the end of my busy season I came home from an overnight flight and Asher met me at the dog park. We were sitting on a bench around 7am. He said something smart and when I went to tell him off, we locked eyes and it hit my like a ton of bricks..I was in love."-Sara Popping the Question: I actually proposed! Asher threw me a surprise Prom for my birthday because I did not go to one in high school. After that I realized that he was going to make the rest of my life very special and her deserved something special. He found out ahead of time that I had a ring, so I told him it was just because I found the perfect one. I planned it on his Birthday since he would be expecting surprises that day and wouldn't be suspicious. I planned a pamper day for his best friend, Abbie and himself. After surprised him with a hotel room at the W filled with Birthday signs and balloons. We went to dinner at Joe's on Juniper with his friends since it was walking distance. I left early to "pick up his mom for cake back at the hotel". Asher and everyone walked back and then blind folded him. They walked him around for a while so he wouldn't know where exactly he was then brought him to the roof where Cherie and Abbie handed him a picture book I made of all the important places in our relationship: Where we met, where I knew I loved him, where I knew I wanted to marry him, then a picture of the W and it said "turn around". Everyone was holding candles and "Over and Over Again" was playing. I got down on one knee and asked him to marry me.
