Wedding Date on May 31, 2019

Amanda and Matthew got married in May at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The ceremony was at Trumpet Beach and the reception at Sax Pool. Here is the very beginning of their love story: “Matthew and I met when we were 18 and 19 years old. He was visiting friends at the college I attended in the Bronx, NY. We knew there was something special between us but it wasn’t good timing for a serious relationship for either of us. Matthew and I lost touch for about 4-5 years. He found me on Facebook years later and asked to take me out for a drink. The next week was Valentine’s Day and we made it official. We have been together since 2/14/14. Matthew and I got engaged on 2/18/18 – at a hotel and casino that we stay at every year for Valentine’s Day, which is also our dating anniversary. We knew we wanted a destination wedding and searched many locations in multiple countries. We ended up choosing the Hard Rock Punta Cana because it had everything we wanted and more for our guests to have the trip of a lifetime, while celebrating such a momentous occasion in our lives. We both come from very large families and had 135 attend our dream wedding at HRPC”.
