Wedding Date on Sep 14, 2019

Jesse and Amanda both played water polo at California Lutheran University in college. Jesse had first approached Amanda in a bar in Spring of 2014 but nothing came of it. Fall 2014 semester they had 2 classes together, finance and marketing, and hung out all the time studying and were even randomly assigned projects together. They knew early on they were crazy about each other, but were friends for awhile before starting to date December 2014. The two got engaged in Porto, Portugal in May 2018 while they were on a trip to Europe with Amanda's immediate family. Jesse surprised Amanda because he told her that he would never bring the ring on the trip. (He ended up bringing a $20 Amazon ring!). It was beautiful as Amanda's parents and sister were able to record it but far enough away to not hear our sweet exchanges of words!
